The Kirkwood Cape Cod
Originally called "The Crispy House," due to its fire-burned state when we bought it, this turned out to be our biggest transformation yet! Tearing down everything except for two sound foundation walls, this property received an EXTREME makeover.
Inspired by the house Dani's parents designed/built and she grew up in, this place has charm with all the modern features that a family could ask for. The floor plan is open. A master or guest suite on the main floor with four bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms and an office/bedroom suite in the lower level as well. The laundry room is right off the kitchen on the main floor and the kitchen is openly connected to the back family room- a perfect set up for entertaining.
Despite the ideal layout and all the features of this home, the curb appeal is what drew so many people to the open house.
We are really proud of the end result of this project. We paid a lot of attention to details and tried to maximize design dollars. We are overjoyed that the new owners consider this their "Dream House!"
